General Assemblies

The school is owned by the parents. Membership in the ISKR Organization is automatically conferred on the parents or guardians of the students enrolled in ISKR. Via the ISKR Organization General Assembly, parents can (dis) approve of major decisions and elect Board members.  These decisions are, amongst others, the approval of the yearly budget, approval of Audit reports and approval of the tuition fees. New members of the Board of Directors are elected from and by the General Assembly. Candidates present themselves before the General Assembly and than votes will be taken.

The General Assembly usually takes place two times a year, with an important meeting in Fall to approve the Audit Reports of last school year and an important meeting in Spring, to approve the budget for the coming year.  Depending on the issues that are apparent during the year, more General Assemblies can be held.
