ISKR is pleased to announce the third annual Summer School Program for children from ages 2 to 9. Children will participate in a variety of outdoor games, arts and crafts, weekly Splash Days, and activities tied to exciting weekly themes. Themes, Splash Days, and Visitor Days will be posted on the ISKR website in the coming weeks.
Dates: The Summer School Program will run from Monday, 20th June – Friday, 15th July and from Monday, 1rd August – Friday, 12th August from 7:30am – 2:00pm. We will be closed on Wednesday, 1st July for Independence Day, 4th July for Liberation Day, and for Eid al-Fitr, date TBD.
Cost: The weekly cost is $150 for ages 2 – 5 and $175 for ages 6-9. Payment should be made in cash or check in the Business Office. The four-day week of June 27 will cost $120 for ages 2—5 and $140 for ages 6—9. The three-day week of July 5 will be charged at $90 for ages 2—5 and $105 for ages 6—9. All other weeks will be charged the full fee regardless of how many days you choose to have your child attend.

Location: ISKR is located in Nyarutarama on KG 517, across from MTN Center.
Arrival/Dismissal: Early Childhood students must be signed in and out every day. All students must be picked up on time or 5,000 RWF will be charged for the first 30 minutes parents are late and 10,000 RWF thereafter.
Dress: The appropriate dress for most days will be shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes, and socks. Sandals are discouraged since they may pose a safety hazard with outside activities.
Snack: Please send your child with snacks and a refillable water bottle. Drinking water is provided throughout the day. If your child is staying you to 14:00, we recommend that he or she brings a packed lunch.
Health Forms: All participants are required to have a current health form on file. If your child is not an ISKR student, you will be required to fill out the form upon registration. If your child must take medication during the time he or she is with us, you much also complete a medication administration form and bring it with you on the first day of camp.
Refunds and Partial Attendance: Refunds will only be granted if the request is made in writing to the ISKR business office a week prior to the desired date of withdrawal. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only a few days of the week.
